A purchase gives you the right to have your chosen name and message displayed on the thisminuteis.com homepage during the minute(s) you bought, and on that minute's own page afterwards. You don't buy any ownership of the website, the domain or time itself. Minutes are shown in your local time but each one is a single moment worldwide.
Every message is reviewed before it goes live. We can refuse or remove any message that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing, misleading, contains links or other people's personal information, or that we reasonably believe is unsuitable. If we refuse your message before it plays, we refund you in full. If we have to remove a message after it was approved because of a legal complaint, we'll refund that minute.
Because each minute is unique and is taken off sale as soon as you buy it, change-of-mind refunds aren't offered. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the site is unavailable during your minute because of a fault on our side, contact us and we'll offer a replacement minute or a refund.
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include any GST that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We keep your email, your message and your payment reference to run the service and send your receipt. Your name and message are public by design. We don't sell your details.
